How Operation WorldView
serves local churches through the live seminar event
Step 1: PLAN
Mission ONE talks in advance with key
leaders of the church to prepare for the Operation WorldView event,
in order to customize the event for that local church. Planning
covers promotion, prayer, and potential involvement.
Step 2: PROMOTION
Mission ONE provides a free customized
bulletin insert.
Beautiful full-color brochures are
also available, and can have customized labels affixed to the back
panel.
Also available: beautiful full-color
posters (11x17) customized for your church at very reasonable prices.
Cost is $2 each plus a $25 setup fee. See
promotion options.
A promotional
video is also available. The video last 3 minutes. A tag at
the end may be customized for your church for $75.
Step 3: PRESENT Operation WorldView
Four multimedia sessions, presented
by Bob Schindler and Werner Mischke. Each will be 75 to 90 minutes
long. Operation WorldView is usually a one-day event. Another popular
format is Friday evening followed by Saturday morning.
In the second half of the Strategic
component, Operation WorldView is customized fit to the unique mission
vision of each local church.
Opportunities are presented for local
and global mission, based on the previous dialog with the pastor
or mission leaders. An invitation is given, appropriate to the church
culture, for individuals and for the church corporately to move
further into Gods Story, exploring their destiny in
God.
Step 4: PARTICIPATE
Individuals may respond in a variety
of ways, large or small, depending on the unique mission vision
of the local church. The main thing: move forward in some new way
locally and globally, for the glory of God and to
bless the peoples of the world.
OPTIONAL: Mission ONE may present opportunities
for partnership with national missionaries laboring among unreached
people groups. The opportunities may range from sponsoring one national
missionary or key leader to a multi-year church planting
project.
